Shares in AIM-listed GGG Resources have enjoyed a tremendous run in the past five months, rising from 2.5p on 1 June to register a new high of 15p in September. The excitement reflects the progress being made within its 50% owned gold mine in Western Australia, which currently holds almost 2m oz of resources and is already being talked about as a potential company maker.  Most interesting is the fact that the mine is now expected to begin production at the beginning of 2013 and with its market value still just £30m, there appears room for further share price appreciation.
