Shares in FTSE micro cap, Styles & Wood, have been a standout success in 2016 rising from 170p in February to the current 420p. The company originally floated a decade ago when it provided consultancy to retailers involved in designing and fitting out new stores. This was a tremendous hot spot at the time but as current CEO Tony Lenehan, who we spoke with over the month, noted, when the sector caught a cold during the credit crunch nastiness Styles & Wood contracted pneumonia.
