Shares in food services operator SSP hit a new high after unveiling a strong pre-close trading update ahead of its year ending 30 September.This noted that for the fourth quarter, trading has been in line with expectations with underlying sales growth continuing at a similar level to Q3 and it expects like-for-like growth for the full year of 2-3%, driven by increased passengers in the air sector with trading in rail remaining soft.Net contract gains for the year are expected to be around the top end of the previously announced range of 4.5-5%, which bodes well for next year. These gains continue to be driven by strong growth in North America and progress in the Rest of The World.Full year results are due on 21 November ...
