SigmaRoc - Prospective PE for next year drops to just 7.2

Well-flagged by last month’s update, SigmaRoc’s interims unveiled EBITDA jumping from £55m to £100m, largely reflecting the first time contribution from CRH’s limestone and lime assets. Synergies from that have grown by €2m to €35m “with further progress to be made following the completion of Deal 3 (Poland).” The transformative deal has presented SigmaRoc with leadership in five European countries and number two in another three and as Panmure Liberum says, “Many of these markets enjoy defensive characteristics with infrastructure, agriculture, food producers and water purification strong, offset by sluggish residential new build”.
