Vistry - Shares hit new high above £14

The shares have continued their staggering ascent hitting a new high of over £14 last month, a nice return on my original piece in December 2022 at 653p. The launch of a new £130m share buy-back (taking the total since the strategic pivot to £285m) should maintain this up-trend. Interims were in line with pretax profit rising 10% to £227m on sales up 11.1% to £2bn, driven by a 9% increase in completions to 7,792. A good example of its transformation is that a massive 76% of completions were partner funded with the private rented sector now accounting for 22% sales from just 13% at the end of 2023.
