At a time when most companies are warning on profits, ladies clothing retailer, New Look,  is  enjoying the best ever trading in its 33 year history.    A year ago analysts were expecting New Look to make £30m pretax profit in the year to March2002.  In the event, profits were nearly double those forecasts coming in at £57.7m.  But this is not a flash in the pan.  Thearrival of a new management team led by chief executive, StephenSunnucks, in May 2000 has coincided with that dramatic improvement inprofitability.
