Last month, we made technology development company, British Technology Group, a trading buy at 250p and the shares have soared almost vertically from day one. The well-timed catalyst came in the shape of excellent trial data for its potential blockbuster,  Varisolve, a drug which could revolutionise the treatment of varicose veins by doing away with the need for surgery.
