Landround's shares spiked 20p to a 52-week high  after it announced that results for the year to 30 September would be ahead of expectations, with its second half trading matching the exceptionally strong first half.  Founder and Chairman, Michael Crompton, has taken this opportunity to sell 500,000 shares at 300p, leaving his residual holding at 913,446 (16.77%).    The sharesare now 150% up from our original recommendation at 124p in January2002.  Evolution Beeson Gregory has upped its earnings forecast  for 2003 from 21.3p to 24.6p.   Keep holding. ...
