The FTSE-100 broke through the4,300 barrier before settling up 0.9% at 4,257, but once again it wasoutshone by both the FTSE Small Cap (+3.6%) and the Techmark-100,which gained a startling 7.8% to 969 and looks set to smash through1,000 before long.  With this backdrop it was hardly surprisingto find the I.T.
