Emerald Energy - Completes Campo Rico work-overs

Since our last update in the July issue, oil producer & explorer Emerald Energy has announced two encouraging updates. Highlights include the news that production has increased to 3,700 barrels of oil per day (bopd), thanks to the successful completion of work-overs to its second and third wells at its Campo Rico block. This increases the total number of producing wells to five. The other major project has been the development of its newest discovery at Vigia. Following success with its first two wells, it again found oil at its third. Emerald expects that Vigia 1 will pump out 1,000 bopd when it ramps up to full production and assuming the other two wells do the same, overall production should increase to between 5,500 ...
