The shares have risen to a new high of 116p after news of a major new contract win, with the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. The contract, worth £80m over ten years, will involve Inspace’s Partnerships division providing responsive maintenance & repair services to 6,000 properties in the south of the borough and managing void properties across all its 13,000 properties.Five days later, Inspace released its maiden results for the six months ended 30 June, which showed turnover rising 64% to £71m, with operating profit increasing 70% to £3.6m, while earnings rose 71% to 3.9p.
