Connaught - 82% of expected revenues for 2008 secured

In its latest trading update, Connaught has announced that it expects to perform in line with expectations for the year ending 31 August. It has also won new contracts worth a total of £60m, taking its order intake for the year to over £500m. These include a five-year £25m planned maintenance project with Ashfield Homes and a £20m five-year project with Ealing Homes, both deals being part of the Government’s Decent Homes Initiative. Chairman Mark Tincknell noted that Connaught has now secured 94% of 2007 and 82% of 2008 market consensus revenue.
