As we noted last time the good news about the market pull-back is that there are bargains aplenty as good shares are sold off alongside bad and one such opportunity is ITE, which owns a portfolio of business exhibitions covering industries such as oil & gas, construction, food and travel. ITE is a great business because most of its events enjoy dominant market positions with high barriers to entry, which means that operating margins are a whopping 32% while cash generation is very strong as customers pay well in advance to secure the best event slots.
