Since our last update three months ago the shares have launched from 115p to a new high of 170p before a recent pull-back to 158p.Q3 results showed a slender Â£1m profit against a loss of Â£45m in Q3 2012 but the real picture is of a transformation of its finances with net debt reducing from a sky-scraping Â£1.1bn to Â£452m, following its rights issue and improved cash generation. In Q3 it delivered a further Â£38m cost savings, taking the total to Â£138m and is on track to hit Â£170m for the year, rising to Â£400m by 2015.
