 IG Design has provided a positive update for the period to 28th August. In particular, the US is progressing well with the integration of Impact going to plan. A new high speed printing press for gift wrap is being installed in Memphis in November, which should pay back in 3-4 years and these operations will provide a platform to scale up in the US. Meanwhile IG has recently won a new retail customer account with 1,500 stores, achieved through cross-selling IG Design’s products to Impact customers.In the UK , the new “not for sale” paper bag manufacturing facility has gained traction to over £20m sales and has good prospects following the ban on free plastic bags.
