Shares in Rok Property Solutions have recovered following  solid interim results for the six months to June.  Contemporaneously, Rok unveiled the acquisition of Llewellyn, a regional contractor based in the South East.  Rok'sturnover was up 20% to £66.8m, while pretax profit increased 47% to£1.8m.   Earnings, before goodwill, rose only 13% to 7.6p,reflecting a 42% increase in the number of shares in issue, whichfunded previous acquisitions.   Operating margin rosesharply from 2% to 3.4%, while net debt increased from £4.2m to £9.8m,although gearing is still a comfortable 46%.
