TBI - Vinci could rebid from 25 September

At TBI's AGM on 2 August, the group stated that trading remained in line with expectations, with the growth in low cost airlines being offset by a slower than anticipated recovery in the charter market.   The shares could benefit from  media coverage ofthe Government's consultation on aviation policy, in particular the potential of TBI's  Luton and Cardiff airports which will be expanded to cope with future air passenger growth.  However, our main reason we recommended the shares last month was for the probable rebid by Vinci, which could happen anytime from 25 September.  Still a trading buy. ...
