London Capital - smaller rival to IG Group growing amazingly fast

The soaring popularity of spread betting, which has helped IG Group, 322p, to a 42% gain since our tip last October, has also been responsible for smaller rival, London Capital (FT sector: Not listed in FT), putting in a fantastic performance since it floated on AIM at 82p back in December ‘05. London Capital was established in the mid 90s as a proprietary trading business and this legacy side still generates some agency only business dealing with hedge funds.
