The future for Chemring, which provides decoy countermeasures such as flares and chaff to prevent enemy missiles from hitting their targets, looks very bright, especially with one senior General suggesting that Britain's involvement in Afghanistan could continue for the next 40 years As if on cue the company has announced forecast busting interim results while more impressive still is that its order book has soared 42% to £603m and now covers this year's expected sales by 1.2 times.
