Some bullish comments in July from the CEO of Senior's largest customer, Boeing that “in the first half of 2014 it will be producing 30 per cent more airplanes than today.†In addition, Boeing's 2012 Outlook forecasts are a “market for 34,000 airplanes worth $4.5 trillion over the next 20 years.†Senor’s interim result, showed a 20% jump in revenue to £377m and meanwhile a 20% rise in pretax profit to £45.5m also did the shares no harm. Adjusted eps grew 22% to 8.57p while net debt fell from £93m last December to £74.8m.In Aerospace, which supplies engine structures, air frames and other parts, revenues jumped 28% to £243.5m mainly due to large commercial aircraft but military (+7%) and regional / business jets (+13%) ...
