If one could create the ideal prototype for a momentum share it would probably be NMC Health, which owns and operates a network of private hospitals across the UAE. It ticks every box you could wish for; demand comes from a heady mix of population increases, economic wealth, unhealthy lifestyles (feeding certain diseases) and greater penetration of private health insurance. Management have also diversified into other high value areas such as IVF treatments and long-term medical care as well as expanding into new territories.
