ITV has continued the improvement seen in Q1 with its half year results showing revenues up 8% at £1.6bn thanks to the biggest increase in share of viewing in its history.  Adjusted profit declined 7% to £375m and earnings fell 8% to 7.1p mainly due to higher World Cup scheduling costs.Broadcast & Online, its main advertising division, increased revenues 3% to £1,045m, with its ITV channels increasing share of viewing by a record 9% and represents three consecutive years of growth, also a record.
