Tritax Eurobox - To acquire Big Boxes in Europe

Tritax Big Box (BBOX), a REIT, which owns a portfolio of very large UK-based logistics warehouses or “Big Boxes”, has enjoyed a sharp share price rise from 100p at IPO in late 2013 to 152p (plus a handsome 4%+ dividend yield). The company has benefited from the boom in e-commerce and knock on effects from companies needing to upgrade their supply chains. The beauty of BBOX is that with the downside protected by long-term stable rents, a battery of freeholds (often enjoying valuation upgrades as shortage of land / tough planning rules restrict new supply) plus a guaranteed dividend, investors’ capital is almost bullet proof.
