As previously flagged, the first half results from Cineworld saw a decline in sales and EBITDA of 11% and 11.8%, respectively, to US$2,152m and US$488.5m. Eps was 14.7 cents while net debt / EBITDA was 3.3x.The figures reflect a weak film slate, with the major film releases expected in the second half.
