An encouraging update from Vistry (formerly Bovis), with the house builder noting that sales have continued to increase throughout lockdown with the sales rate hitting an average 0.62 homes per site per week in the last four weeks (ended 30th June). Overall, H1 ’20 showed housebuilding volumes down sharply (-64%) with revenue down 60%.
