Trading is running ahead of expectations. While European ground services remains weak, this was more than offset by a strong performance in air cargo, helped by rocketing freight rates, as well as tight cost management, new contract wins and generous Covid support payments (particularly in the US).Shore Capital has upgraded FY’21 eps by 7% to 25.1p and by 12% to 37.1p in FY’22. That drops next year’s prospective PE to just 8.7.With Shore noting that Menzies “still had fuel in the tank” for further upgrades, I am a conviction buyer. ...
